The Role Ensure all products are manufactured per GMP compliance. Ensure SOPs are being followed by all employees. Ensure safe working practices are exercised and maintained. Work with planning team to ensure attainment of the Master Schedule required product. Ensure that manufacturing variances meet or exceed the budget or goal. Consolidate and communicate overall performance of the area. Coach team leaders to facilitate High Performance teams. Ensure training records are reviewed and maintained regularly. Ensure training flexibility. Ensure Device History Records are completed correctly. Support and drive Continuous Improvement Practices. Ensure proper and adequate Engineering Studies are supported to ensure that the process is kept in control. Manage headcount to demand. The Person 3rd Level Degree. A minimum of 2 years supervision/management experience. Familiar with GMPs and ISO 9000. Team facilitation experience.
