Are you an experienced Building Services CAD Technician considering your next career move? Would you like to join a leading Engineering Consultancy based in Waterford? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Services CAD Technician to join a leading Engineering Consultancy. You will be involved in a variety of exciting and challenging projects with a range of clients from multinationals to smaller companies. Due to upcoming projects and the continued success and growth of the Consultancy this is a new role in the team. This role is primarily office based. The Role. • Work on large projects from concept stage through to handover to the client. • Demonstrate a high level of competence in the building services field – ideally in the food/pharma industry. • Ensure that drawings are prepared and that they are suitable for the purpose. • Verify final output and check drawings. • Ensure that drawings are prepared in line with Company standards. The Person. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a CAD Technician in a Mechanical or electrical environment. Strong knowledge of the Revit package or similar essential. Demonstrate a high level of competence in the building services field – ideally in the food/beverage or pharma sector. Strong interpersonal skills.
