Our client, a Co.Wexford based retail store currently have a vacancy for a Checkout Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate with previous experience in the retail environment. The Role. Ensuring that the checkout area is operating efficiently and effectively. Providing very high levels of customer service. Managing up to 20 members of staff and managing their rosters. Dealing with customer queries and complaints on a daily basis. The Person. Previous management experience in the retail environment. Strong ability to manage and motivate a team of people. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills to ensure proper liaison between staff and management. Must have positive attitude and drive. Must be flexible with work schedule - ability to work weekends.
