Sous Chef Role At Waterford City Hotel
Experienced Sous Chef required to join the Brigade at large Waterford City Hotel. We need a good all rounder for this role, a candidate who has experience in catering for large volume events including Banquets and Weddings, a candidate who is experienced in working in, organising and leading a kitchen with large daily volumes of guests in multiple outlets for all day food service. You will be the Kitchen No 2 and work closely with Head Chef on menus, planning events, coordinating service, cooking, managing HACCP and Hygiene, ordering, Rosters etc, etc. Busy role, great property, salary negotiable.
