CapEx Projects Administrator – Part time – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Job title: CapEx Projects Administrator. Reports to: Engineering Manager/Site Projects Manager. Department: Engineering. Location: Wexford. Please note, this is a 12-month part time fixed term contract starting initially with 16 hours per week which will increase to 24 hours per week. Hourly rate/salary: to be confirmed. Purpose & Scope: The purpose of this role is to engage in administration activities for Capex projects within the Engineering Department. The post holder will be expected to develop strong relationships with personnel at all levels across our business for the purpose of delivering accurate, appropriate and timely Capex project administration support as required. He/she will work consistently to ensure that the service is delivered according to procedures and processes which are accurate, professional and consistent at all times. Key Responsibilities: Updating and reporting on Capex project budgets. Maintaining and reporting Capex cash out forecast. Generating and issuing Capex purchase orders. Preparing Capex purchasing agreements. Ensuring Capex invoices are received from suppliers and GR’d in a timely manner in line with contract terms. Preparing Capital Acquisitions Requests. Additional: Support Function to Capex Projects in Wexford. Maintain files of all documentary evidence to support Capex transactions & audits. Any other ad hoc duties as deemed reasonable by the Engineering Manager and Site Project Manager. Qualifications. Third Level Qualification – Essential – Degree in related discipline such as Business Studies, Finance/Financial Management or Accounting etc. Leaving Certificate – Essential – Leaving Certificate is a minimum requirement. Accreditations – Preferred – accreditation associated with discipline. Experience: Candidates must have previous experience in the following: Managing & Reporting Capex Budgets. Preparing Capital Acquisition Requests. Invoicing and Purchase Orders processing. Preparing Capex purchasing agreements. Advanced Level Excel. Experience with SAP & Pro-Buyer highly desirable. Must have experience in FMCG and Capital Projects.
