Our client, a leading hotel based in Wexford currently are recruiting for an F&B Manager . The ideal candidate will be a confident, professional, and will lead the operational and financial success of the F&B function. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a must. The Role. Lead the F&B team and ensure all set goals are achieved. Responsible for areas such as recruitment, retaining and developing staff. Support the General Manager in the running of the hotel. Set targets for the F&B teams in line with the hotel strategy. Support and oversee events in the hotel ensuring they are up to company standards. Managing rates, hotel availability and be aware of hotel promotions. Managing the budget and costs in the department. Adhering to hotel policies. Adhoc duties as they arise. The Person. Previous experience at management level in the F&B sector essential. Experience in the Conferencing and banqueting area a distinct advantage. Previous people management experience and strong leadership skills. Previous recruitment experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
