EHS Coordinator


The Role Develop and improve management systems. Ensure the site is operated in a manner which meets the sites EHS standards. Manage and report on EHS KPI’s. Coordinate safety committees and safety activities within the plant. Update and maintain all EHS literature. Lead all audit activities on site including annual corporate inspections. Ensure that plant personnel adhere to safe work practices. Develop and lead EHS initiatives across the site. Monitor compliance with all relevant EHS legal and other legislative requirements. Support all projects to integrate EHS requirements during implementation. Participate in incident, accident and near miss management – follow up, investigation and reporting. Continuously reinforce safety on site and ensure it has a high profile. Provide training. The Person Diploma in Environmental Science or Occupational Health & Safety. 3- 5 years EHS experience particularly in the manufacturing industry desirable. Strong communication and problem solving skills.
